Billiken Group conducts engrossing and educational seminars geared for a variety of audiences.

The Book Report series is offered as a private seminar, held at your facility, to expose you to the themes and ideas of popular business and management books.

Our seminar on The Teachings of Dr. Kazuo Inamori is intended for American managers (and others) who might be unfamiliar with this international business executive.

Our fee structure is quite different from other training providers.  We do not assess a per person fee. The investment you make with us enables an unlimited number of your associates or other colleagues to attend the seminar(s). This is a significant benefit to companies attempting to stretch training budgets and deliver more training to more staffmembers.

The Book Report

We understand the difficulty faced by busy executives who attempt to read a complete business book in today's hectic times. Yet these books, and the theories contained within them, are important to your success as a manager and leader within your firm.

Billiken Group can conduct a seminar at your office for your entire management team and others.

We will review a best-selling business book for your staff and deliver a presentation highlighting the synopsis of the selected book.

This seminar series will ensure your complete familiarity with the theme, contents, and principles of popular management books.

Billiken Group will help you digest the latest in progressive management ideas and enable you to convey them to your staff and colleagues.

Among the books for which we can deliver The Book Report are:

The Teachings of Dr. Kazuo Inamori

“Life is an expression of our mind.”
Dr. Kazuo Inamori

Would you like to introduce the principles of A Compass to Fulfillment to your American managers?

To move your organization to the next level and achieve your corporate goals, your American leadership team must discover how Kyocera founder Dr.Kazuo Inamori has inspired millions of business leaders, created two major corporations, and developed a philosophy based upon fundamental spiritual principles.

The seminar explains Inamori’s wisdom and provides answers to these and other questions:

  • Can Inamori's values and ideology be accepted by American managers?
  • How do Inamori’s beliefs differ from those of Jack Welch and other leaders?
  • Does Amoeba Management work in the US?
  • Do Japanese subsidiary companies in the US follow the Kyocera Philosophy?

Developed and presented by Allan Lamberti, an expert on cross-cultural collaboration and a recognized authority on Japanese management practices, the program reveals Inamori’s philosophy and its critical value to Americans who work for Japanese companies. It also presents Inamori’s Management Principles and Kyocera Philosophy —and what steps your American managers can take to embrace and implement these ideas.

If you are a Japanese executive responsible for a US subsidiary company, you will want to schedule this educational seminar for your American management team.
